These mouth watering Truffles are made by Caroline in small batches.
Each box contains Milk Chocolate Hearts with caramelised Irish Cream, Dark Chocolate Hearts with Irish Cream Ganache, as well as Champagne & Orange Truffles, and Gin & Raspberry Truffles.
Preparing your order
We make all our chocolates by hand, we hope to send your order within a week of receiving it so please check with us if you need it sooner.
Expiry date
Consume within 2 months from date of delivery.
Storage
Store your truffles in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.

Cased in Dark couverture chocolate, (min cocoa 70%), cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:lecithin (Soya) , natural vanilla flavouring. Ganache: white Chocolate (min cocoa 34%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole Milk powder, skimmed Milk powder, emulsifier:lecithin(Soya), Irish Cream, selected wine.
MILK CHOCOLATE HEART with caramelised Irish Cream:
Cased in Milk couverture chocolate (min. cocoa: 38.2%) Sugar, cocoa butter, whole Milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: lecithin (Soya) natural vanilla flavoring, salt. Ganache: white Chocolate (min cocoa 34%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole Milk powder, skimmed Milk powder, emulsifier:lecithin(Soya), Irish Cream & Brandy.
CHAMPAGNE & ORANGE Truffle:
Dusted in cocoa powder, Ganache: Dark couverture chocolate, (min cocoa 70%), cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:lecithin (Soya) , natural vanilla flavouring & Milk chocolate, (Min Cocoa 38.2%) min Milk solid 23%, (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: Soya lecithin,natural vanilla flavouring, salt), real champagne, brandy, Orange & Rose oil, Honey.
GIN & RASPBERRY Truffle:
Cased in Dark couverture chocolate, (min cocoa 70%), cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier:lecithin (Soya) , natural vanilla flavouring, Ganache: white Chocolate (min cocoa 34%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole Milk powder, skimmed Milk powder, emulsifier:lecithin(Soya), Gin, water, freeze-dried raspberries, lemon oil.
