Our journey began with a focus on Christmas Puddings, but as our passion for chocolate grew, we embarked on a new adventure—Chocolate Truffles. Caroline, the heart and soul behind Dingle Chocolates, immersed herself in specialist chocolate courses, allowing her passion to flourish.

With its awe-inspiring seascapes and landscapes shaped by the elements, the wild and rugged coastline, adorned with steep cliffs and wide sandy beaches, serves as our inspiration Inspired by the beauty of this commanding landscape, Dingle Chocolates produces handcrafted truffles that reflect the essence of West Kerry and the enchanting Wild Atlantic Way.

Caroline's love for baking was kindled at a young age, as she fondly recalls the cherished moments spent in her grandmother's kitchen. The alluring aromas wafting from the range still linger in her memory, and today she joyfully infuses that same love and care into each chocolate she crafts at our workshop in Dingle.
